How we handle your information
The short version
- We collect what you type into our forms, plus basic technical details that come with every form submission.
- We use it to answer you, make what you asked for (like a free Google Maps check), and run our business.
- We never sell your information. We don't hand it to other businesses for their own marketing.
- A few service providers help us run things, like hosting and email. They're listed below.

Who we are
Seun Digital is an Ontario business (BIN 1001740060) that builds websites, apps and marketing systems for local businesses. Our mailing address is 2911 Kennedy Road, Toronto, ON M1V 1S8. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Seun Digital.
This policy covers seundigital.com, our forms, our free Google Maps check, and how we handle information about the people we work with. We follow Canada's private-sector privacy law, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect

We don't collect anything sensitive, like health or financial account details, and we never ask for your passwords.
Cookies and tracking
Our website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn't run tracking pixels. The free Maps check page keeps the campaign tags from your link in your browser's session storage, so they're still there when you send the form. That storage clears when you close the tab.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads. Our host, Cloudflare, may use strictly necessary security cookies to block attacks.
If we ever add analytics or ad tracking, we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How we use it
- To make and send what you asked for, like your free Maps check or a project estimate.
- To reply to you, and to follow up about the thing you asked about.
- To text you when your Maps check is ready, if you gave us a mobile number for that.
- To send our monthly Google Maps tip, but only if you ticked that box. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and we act on it within 10 business days.
- To deliver work for clients, send invoices and keep the records the law requires.
- To stop spam and abuse, and to see which of our marketing works.
We only use your information for these purposes, or for a new purpose you agree to first.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers. They only get what they need to do their job for us, and we require them to protect it.

Some of these providers store information outside Canada, mostly in the United States. While it's there, the laws of that country apply, and authorities there may be able to access it.
We will never sell your information or give it to other businesses for their own marketing. We may share it if the law requires us to, or if Seun Digital is ever sold or merged, in which case this policy would still apply to it.
How long we keep it
- Maps checks and enquiries: up to 24 months after we last hear from you, then we delete them. Sooner if you ask.
- Clients: for as long as we work together, then billing and tax records for six years, as the Canada Revenue Agency requires.
- Unsubscribes: we keep a short record that you opted out, so we don't email you again by mistake.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal information we hold about you,
- correct anything that's wrong,
- delete it, unless we have to keep it by law,
- stop sending you tips or follow-ups (or click unsubscribe, or reply STOP to a text).
Email hello@seundigital.com. We'll reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.
How we protect it
Our accounts use strong passwords and two-step sign-in where it's offered. Access is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfect. If a breach ever puts you at real risk of harm, we'll tell you and the Privacy Commissioner, as the law requires.

Changes
